Guard the Delight / Guarda El Deleite (2023) is a performance, sculptural installation and sound score, in collaboration with Madeleine Stack for CLUBS; Art a la pista, Barcelona, curated by Cory John Scozzari.

Two wannabe prophets ride the slippery ouroboros of denial and prediction through a landscape littered with futures, installed in a club backroom under the piss-soaked yellow light of an eternal after. Cutting a line between Barcelona and Northern England, the track uses makina exports mixed with the euphorias of municipal fiestas, gaelic highlands, and eavesdropping on smoking prophets speaking a language that hovers at the edge of your understanding.

Dos wannabe prophets cabalgan sobre los ouroboros resbaladizos de la negación y la predicción a través de un paisaje plagado de profecías, instalado en una trastienda del club bajo la luz amarilla-pis de un áfter eterno. Pintando una raya entre Barcelona y el norte de Inglaterra, la pista utiliza exportaciones de makina mezcladas con las euforias de las fiestas municipales, las tierras altas gaélicas y las escuchas a escondidas de los profetas humeantes que hablan un lengua que flota en el borde de su comprensión.
